THE RESIDENCE IN NICOLINO

Design and construction of a modern residential building with an area of 1500 sq.m. in the Odintsovo district.

The building is designed as a second building of the existing main house which is an orientation of external architectural style. Solid foundation, two floors with a console above the pond, a green roof and garage. We plan to create a unique ergonomics of the interior space and exterior decoration around the building using AI for engineering control. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in 2025.
